Ok, the room was nice, but there it stops. Is anyone working here? I tried to call the given phone number for assistance for several hours without any sort of response. After standing outside, calling and calling, a family from the restaurant across the street approached me and asked if I managed to reach the "reception". They had also tried for many hours without luck. Finally we got help from a local to call them up and they responded immediately. Are they ghosting international calls?
But I slept well, I will not deny that!!!

The location was great! We could easily walk to the castle and other attractions within the city. We did have a hard time finding the low cost parking advertised. However, there is a parking lot directly behind the hotel that is free after 5:30 or 6 pm until 8:30 am. Download the RingGo app if you don’t already have it. The hotel itself is on a pedestrian-only street. We knew breakfast was not included. However, most places in town did not open until 9 or 10 am. which made it difficult as we are early risers. Coffee and tea is provided in the rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the grounds around could have been better kept. We barely saw the staff and the bar/cafe/restaurant downstairs was never open.

Totally uncontactable. Their number doesn’t work, the other number found on their fb doesn’t go through, they don’t respond on emails, hotels.com, fb, or messenger. Tried for several days with nothing and still no response now 2 weeks later. Walked past when we stayed (had to book somewhere else and double pay) and it looked extremely run down with some lights on upstairs but no lights or people to be seen downstairs.
