My issue was the front desk staff. They advised my room was a king and a sofa trundle. My reservation clearly stated two queen beds and a sofa trundle. When the attendant was shown the reservation she advised that was an issue between hotels . Com and myself. She advised she could not assist because we did not book hotel directly. Shen then proceeded to advise do you want to cancel. She advised she had no other rooms and no other accommodation could be made. We asked to speak to supervisor. She advised no supervisor is on duty and would not provide manages number.
