We had a wonderful time at Mooncusser's Tavern. We were in town for a wedding at Wychmere Resort and could not have stayed at a better and more convenient place in Harwich. Room was clean and spacious and everyone could not have been more helpful.

The inn is more of a bar/restaurant than a traditional inn. So the host of the restaurant was also the person checking us in and showing us to our room. We showed up at 6pm which was probably the worst time to show up for the staff.
The bed was comfortable if a little soft, pillows were perfect. The AC was just right. We were in Room 2 which is in the oldest part of the inn. The bathroom had a step down and the light switch was near the basin so not ideal in the dark. Although the place was spotless and towels were nice, the bathroom could use updating. The inn is charming but the bedroom wasn’t furnished and decorated in a way that reflects that. Maybe the inn is a new idea and renovations are to come. I hope so as it really is a lovely property. Waking up to hydrangeas outside the window and the sun streaming into the bathroom was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was simple and pleasant.
Room was clean and comfortable .
Housekeeping is available when you need a little something extra.
Its has a nice big, clean bathroom.
Plenty of sunshine fills the room.
I will 100% rebook at the Inn.
See you in September.
