Our attempt to register at this hotel was one of our worst hotel experiences ever. First of all there was no one there to greet us. Twenty minutes later a clerk arrived. He spoke no English, so we communicated through Google Translate. We were there an hour and forty five minutes early and he refused us early entry. This, after a long flight. We walked upstairs because there is no elevator. All the rooms were empty with their doors open. He pointed out the room he was planning to give us. It had no window to the outside, only a window to the hallway. He refused to offer us a different room. He said the rooms had all been fumigated. We left and found a much better hotel down the block. It was slightly more expensive and well worth it.

Place is fine. During check in, the only thing is that you need to do/complete like an invertory of the room. Is this really need it?

It wasnt the romantic getaway i had hoped for. It's hot amd stiffy with no AC. The balcony view was a wall, there are no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes eat you alive because you cant close the window or you'll die of heat exhaustion. We were extremely disappointed.
