The heating was off in the middle of winter
Neither bedside lamps worked
The wardrobe was a filing cabinet
There was no shower gel in the dispenser
Teabags were open to the elements - should be sealed
There was only 1 toilet roll. When the property is not manned there should be spares

Room is not like the pictures. Pictures are edited to look much brighter. Bed is sloping and pillows are not great. If u want bear bones room where the walls are paper thin, this it. I even felt like it was too much honestly.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay.
