We are not a fussy family at all, but were very dismayed due to seeing four (4) roaches running around our very first night in the unit. We stayed in the Manatee boat/lodge and also blinds on the windows were ALL broken and tattered. When we pointed out the issues, management offered, and did, move us to another unit the following day and mentioned they had blinds they could install to replace the broken ones. Quite disappointing and disturbing. There is no way they were unaware of the roach situation.

What an excellent alternative for a short weekend stay OR a long extended stay. Our floating oasis was comfortable with all the amenities you would need.
