Townhouse - We had informed we would arrive at 2.0pm and arrived at 1.55pm to be told we were 5 minutes early.
We were allowed to sit in the dining room until owners wife arrived home, as the check in clerk thought we had not paid, had to show bank details, booking details, 1 hour later we were shown to our room by owners wife.
No fault of Jean or Gordon but booking agents need to show more detail to owners would of avoided delay.
We are locals of Cornwall but would of been rather annoyed if we had travelled from far wider.
Very nice hotel, great location for city centre and very well laid our continental breakfast.
As long as your check in is speedy, please support the owners and this establishment
