I got the suite for the same price, good point. Spaceful and quite elegant.
It's directly on the main street, a bit noisy and you can't totally avoid light neither. Better sound and light isolations would be great.
Nobody on the desk, but tenant helpful and available on WhattsApp.

I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door.
