Arrived at the property which looked very neglected.
Entry was via keypad at the front door. No problem. The room was downstairs in a badly lit basement area. Put code into the entry keypad for the room and there was someone in there already in a state of undress.
Needless to say this meant our security and safety were compromised so we decided to leave and find an alternative place to stay. I complained and received a full refund within 24 hours. Best avoided this one!

If you are looking for a charming and affordable place to stay, this is a great place! I am not super fussy about where I stay, so as long as it is clean and comfortable I am happy! This is in a nice quiet area of town, but close to all the bus stops that took me to where I wanted to go. It is a beautiful charming older house and the rooms were comfortable and my garden view was a great way to start and end the day! Martin was super helpful. You get a door code and a room code, so there is no full-time staff or amenities, but I wasn't travelling to England to spend time in the hotel. I would definately stay there again!

Really good communication most helpful and friendly when contacted. This was a perfect stay a spacious room with all the facilities of a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea coffee and a nice touch some real milk in the fridge. I would definitely come back.
The bathroom was clean with towels and complimentary soap, shower gel.
The price is really good for what you get.
