Greeting on arrival was abrupt and rude, no customer service skills. Tired building, no bar as shown available, carpet worn, walls in room had lots of marks, room over priced, no heating, noise from street all night, city view is a joke, need to pay £10 deposit in cash for key - is refunded on departure
Toilet in 1930’s mould in shower, water not even tepid. Shocking place
The only thing that was good was the location the bed was so hard the shower was terrible and no pressure we paid extra for a double deluxe room but it Def was not overall it was very disappointing never go again
