The hotel was highly rated by past people who stayed so we took a chance on a quick overnight. The beds and blankets were comfy, AC worked good, and the room was nicely updated. It wasn't perfect you know it's an old building but they improved all the things that matter. Clean new floors, good mattresses, and excellent soap and lotion dispensers in the shower and at the sink. Nice touch for a more inexpensive hotel.
I have arthritis and was taking the stairs slow on the way out and the employee offered to carry my bag down for me, definitely appreciated.
Would definitely stay again.

Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone.
I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate.
In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking.
Based on the condition of the room, the lack of customer service, and the misleading information regarding amenities, I cannot recommend this property to others.
