It was a little tricky to find the lockbox with the key and the actual hotel entrance. The room was clean and pretty comfy with good bedside lamps. The only real downside was that the shower never really got hot. Also, my booking said there would be two queen beds but there was only one. It ended up being okay since my friend wasn't able to come.

Here’s a stronger, polished version that keeps it factual and credible while making the issues clear:
The stay was disappointing overall. The shower water never got hot during our visit, which was especially frustrating after noticing this had already been mentioned by a previous guest, so it appears to be an unresolved issue.
Noise was another major problem. Even on nights without live music in the restaurant, the volume and commotion from staff was excessive and made it very difficult to rest or sleep.
The check-in/access instructions were also vague and unclear, making entry to the room unnecessarily frustrating upon arrival.
To make matters worse, despite staying four nights, the room was not serviced a single time. For the price and expectations of a multi-night stay, basic housekeeping and attention to guest comfort should be standard.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
