Welcome to Sacramento! This building is a duplex. Both units have individual entrances and privacy. Great place for a small family stay or business travel. You will be in the middle of everything. Self-check-in any time after 3pm, same day reservation and last-minute booking are available.

The space
1. Close to I-80 freeway, Kaiser Hospital(0.2miles), Costco, Arden Fair Mall, Downtown Sacramento, and the Sacramento International Airport. Although it’s super super close to the I-80 freeway entrance (only 2 mins drive to freeway entrance), the house is in a quiet and safe area with a long driveway and a great parking area. You won’t hear any street noise in the room.
2. You will enjoy the whole house, including the bedroom with one large king size bed, full bathroom with bath and shower, living room with one queen size bed, TV, fast Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and private outdoor dining table.

The whole house includes living room, bedroom, bathroom, and private outdoor dining table.

Other things to note
1. The heater is shared with two units, therefore smoking is not allowed inside. An additional cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged if you smoke inside.
2. The washer & dryer are outside the unit and only available for long-stay guests (three nights or more). If you are a long-stay guest and need laundry, please make an appointment 24 hours in advance, so that I can assign the housekeeper to be there at your appointment time. Thank you.
