This studio has a comfortable queen bed, a private bathroom, and is equipped with the amenities you need to live and work comfortably, such as a fully functional kitchenette, a smart TV, high-speed internet, and an integrated workstation with a monitor, desk, and chair. Utilize the onsite washer/dryer or spend some downtime outside underneath the covered patio, featuring multiple barbecues and a fire pit.

– Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted anywhere in or around the unit, hallways, BBQ area, etc. If we find evidence of smoking, an extra cleaning fine will be incurred. We appreciate your cooperation!

- Please note that the lot next door recently started land grading to prepare for construction. You may experience some daytime construction noise during your stay.

– Note that this unit is part of a complex. There are units below and directly next door.

- We are located in a lively up and coming Urban area in Downtown Las Vegas. No refunds will be issued for noise.

-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit.

- The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

– Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

– One pet under 40 lb is welcome at the property for a fee of $150.00
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing a pet and the fees must be paid prior to check-in.
2. You must clean up after your pet including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

– We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
