Ideally located just mins. from Downtown Charleston, Boeing, Bosch, Charleston Airport and Joint Base Charleston. For food, walk to nearby restaurants or the neighborhood grocery and utilize our kitchen.

The space
Our apartment is part of a small sized complex. Our unit is located on the corner of the 2nd floor of our building for added privacy, less noise and added sunlight. There is no elevator in the building. If stairs are an issue, please let us know, as we manage other properties that do not have stairs.
This apartment is set up for 6 guests. If someone wishes to utilize the couch as a bed please bring additional linens or request beforehand.
- The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds.
- There are two full bathrooms, both with a shower and bathtub.
- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheet, basic cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, bowls and plates, coffee maker, cutting boards and cutting knives. If you find that you are in need of any kitchen items (within reason) upon your arrival, we are happy to have these items delivered to the apartment same day.
- There is a screened-in porch. We have not purchased outdoor furniture at this time, but still feel free to hang out on the porch or open the door to the porch to let in some fresh air.
-There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
-You will have access to the pool and gym.
My co-hosts and I help take pride in our rentals and the customer service we provide. If you’ve read this far we appreciate your genuine interest in our place.
We have on-site maintenance teams and on-call cleaning teams to handle any and all unforeseen issues that may arise during your stay. You can rest assured that you are renting from a professional team. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any and all questions. We’d be happy to assist you.
Guest access
You are reserving the entire apartment. You will have access to the gym and pool located on-site.
Other things to note
Parking is free on the premises. If you bring more than two cars, you can park the extra vehicles in the neighboring grocery store’s parking lot.
