Our charming 1930s home is on a double lot w/private fenced-in yard, across the street from park with playground. The house is comfortable & quiet. Just 5 min. from the Historic District and Forsythe Park, and 15 min. from the ocean/beach at Tybee, we are located in the Avondale neighborhood in the Eastern part of the city.

The space
This is a very comfortable house that is bright and airy and very quiet on the inside. Just step out the back door and you're in a large, private fenced-in yard where you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee and it tends to be an area favorite with the local songbirds!

Guest access
The house is open and includes living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and rear entryway. We have one bedroom closed off from guests.

Other things to note
Please note that there are a dozen or so television stations but that they are fed by an antenna and are not cable specialty channels. Wifi is available and the password will be left on the table when you arrive.

Also please note that my partner, Steve, is highly allergic to dog and cat hair and since this property is our home we, unfortunately, cannot allow animals or pets. He has even had seizures in the presence of so-called hypoallergenic dogs so we thank you for your understanding when we say that we cannot allow any type of pets in our home.
