Discover a hilltop retreat just 5 mins from Old Town Arvada. This sectioned off guest unit is its own private space with a private entrance. With one queen bed and a pullout couch it's perfect for a small group looking to get away and enjoy the mile high views.
The space
The space is a cozy 650 square feet sectioned off guest unit to the property. The upper part of the property houses my family of 4, but you're completely sectioned off from them in the lower unit. Sound does transmit somewhat between the two spaces, but quiet hours are certainly respected. Although the space is recommended for a group of 3, it can sleep up to 4 with two people on the pullout couch.
Guest access
The entrance to the space will require going down a set of stairs on the west side of the house. Guests are free to take advantage of the extra paved parking space to the left of the driveway.
