Gorgeous and peaceful property! Entire 21 acre flower farm in Middletown MD, one hour outside Washington DC, one hour outside Baltimore, 25 minutes from Harpers Ferry, Antietam, C&O canal. It's got a beautifully restored 1700s house, 2 barns, one with basketball court and play area in second floor, streams, woods, fields, flowers, bunnies, deer, birds, and more.
The space
It gives you tons of space to explore nature while also being very close to Frederick, MD (a cool little city with a historic downtown, world class restaurants, breweries, and more) and an hour from DC and Baltimore. Close to historic Antietam and Harpers Ferry. Close to world class wineries in Virginia. You can read on a hammock in the morning with coffee, explore the Appalachian Trail all day, have a bonfire at night, play hide and seek or basketball in the barn, take a walk in the stream, and so much more. There are 4 official bedrooms: king bed in one, queen bed in another, twin in another, and queen and twin in the fourth. There is also a room with a comfortable pull out that can sleep two people. And lots of space for couch sleeping or aerobeds. Or put out a tent in the yard and be amazed at the firefiles! Three full bathrooms. Nice ping pong table in the basement. Basketball hoop in the barn. Big outdoor patio rustic farm table for leisurely dinners outside. Tons of board games available. Cornhole as well.
Kitchen will be stocked with spices, pots / pans, knives, coffee maker, air fryer, everything you might need and more!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the storage barn which is being rented as a diving board repair shop. If that renter is still there when you book, we will take $25 / day off your stay because of the lack of access to that space.
This is not just a rental property, so it will not be entirely empty when you arrive, though your spaces will be cleaned and emptied for you to use. The good news is that the kitchen will be stocked with everything you would need!
Other things to note
The immediate area is also lovely. We are right next door to a world renowned organic farm that has veggies and meats for sale. There is a gorgeous dirt road running next to a stream that you can walk or bike ride. There is a fun cider tasting room in walking distance. And you are so close to great restaurants, breweries, wineries, hiking, kayaking, historical exploring, and more.
