The space
The listing is for the entire cottage space. It includes a loft with a queen sized bed, a couch that folds open, a full sized shower, hot water, vanity, bidet and toilet.
To access the loft you must climb the ladder. The water is natural well water.
There is a fridge with freezer, 8 in 1 retro toaster oven, coffee maker, TV, wifi, air conditioning, and heater. There is plenty of outdoor space with a fire pit and barbecue grill.
There is fishing and hunting allowed with proper credentials along with a rowboat for the small ponds.
Located on 20 acres, we are an operating farm with livestock, cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, dogs, and other animals.
Depending on the season you may be able to harvest fruits and vegetables, usually during LATE spring.
This bird sanctuary invites sandhill crane, wild turkey, quail, blue heron, white heron, cardinal, wood pecker, ibis and hawk.

We are 6.7 miles from the entrance to the Richloam Wildlife Management area which boasts 58,000 acres of public land that you can explore. This tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest offers hiking, biking, horseback riding trails, hunting, fishing, and wildlife watching. It consists mostly of Pine flatwoods, scattered oak hammocks, bottom land hardwoods, and cypress swamp.
