PET POLICY 🐾🐕
We’re happy to offer a convenient bundled pet fee option:
★ $30 per day for stays of 1–5 days
★ $150 flat fee for stays of 6–20 days
★ $250 flat fee for stays of 20+ days

• Maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation.
• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the unit within the complex.
• Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee if they are not included in the reservation prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT FEES ⏰
• Early check-in is available for a $40 fee and must be requested before 9 AM on the day of arrival.
• Late check-out is subject to a $100 fee.
(Please note that both are subject to availability)

TRASH DISPOSAL POLICY 🗑️
• All trash must be properly bagged and placed in the designated on-site bins before check-out.
• Leaving more than one bag of trash inside the unit may be considered excessive and could result in a $50 fee.
