The studio is a bright and quiet oasis with everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Boston. Roslindale (Rozzie) is safe, fun, and so well connected.
Roslindale Village is a wonderful community with perfect public transport to the Longwood Medical Area, Boston College, Downtown, the Seaport District, and Northeastern University.
The space
The property is a 3 family home. On the first and third floor there are permanent renters. The second floor features the private studio.
The tenants on the first and third floor have dogs, which all are well behaved.
We cater to mid-term to long-term guests who work or study in Boston. This house is not a good place for parties.
Guest access
The guests have complete privacy in their studio. They are permitted in the garden and terrace and other common areas if so desired.
The garden is fenced off and provides a lot of privacy from outsiders.
Other things to note
For the comfort of all guests and the owner, we do not allow smokers in the apartment. If you do smoke, even if you only smoke outside the house, please find another listing.
We also do not allow animals in the apartment because guests may have allergies or may be afraid of animals.
