Turn into the drive way in front of my house. The driveway wraps around my house to where the RVs are at. drive up the driveway and go past my house. the RVs are in the back. Go to the one that looks like the picture in this description.
Other things to note
Please park all cars against the fence. Do not block RV spots incase campers are due to check in.
We have a laundry rm and a toilet house for your convenience. Laundry rm use is a 10.00 fee
Camper Bathroom rules:
Always step on the toilet petal lightly and add water to the toilet before doing a number 2. Don't wait until after you do it, always do it before, because if the paper sits in the tank dry it will turn hard and pile up which causes it not to drain out to the sewer. Thxs
Familes with children younger than 18 must have them in the camper by 10pm
they are not allowed to walk around the property by themselves. Basketball is not allowed to be played after 10pm due to other guest are trying to rest. Thanks in advance for understanding.
1 gas tank will be provided. any additional gas tanks must be paid for by renter. If it feels like the gas is going out at the front of the rv there are two tanks. switch the dial to see if the other tank has gas prior to replacing the tank.
The pet fee must be paid. If pet fee is not selected then pet charges will double.
Animals are not allowed to swim in the pool but there is a creek 1 mile up the road at Pinewood lake State Park.
A copy of your credit card will be required to be kept of file for any stays longer than 5 days.
please keep the water pump off. The RV do not need it to be on to operate cause it's a stationary RV. It will burn out if it's on so please make sure it's off. Thxs
If the shower ever have standing water in it, that means the water tank is full. please go behind the camper and on the orange connector attached to the hose there are 2 knots, pull those knots out and release the water out of the tanks. thank you.
