Cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. Situated in a leafy suburb of Maryland, close to Metro train and bus services to Downtown Washington,DC. Lots to do on my door step, Stores entertainment etc.

You may use patio and garden, but must be respectful of the grounds of the property which is well maintained, no pets

Other things to note
The neighborhood is very peaceful, can hear a pin drop after 9pm, leafy lots trees, keep you cool in the summer. I run and eco friendly home, recycling of items.
