You’ll treasure your time at the center of town. Within minutes drive (or walk) to everything. Restaurants, shopping, dining, etc. Carlsbad caverns is 40-45 minutes, Sitting bull falls is approximately an hour's drive.
We'll send lockbox code and WiFi the day of your check in, also parking instructions.
Kitchen, hot water, and WiFi are all available as well as all the amenities listed.
There’s a smart tv installed in iving room only.

The space
Things to note:

There are two new queen sized blankets in the rv which are not in the photos. Kitchen has a medium sized fridge, sink with sprayer, some dishes and utensils, propane oven/stove.

There is a queen-sized futon in the living room. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. Both are comfortable. the queen in bedroom is memory foam with an extra topper.
Most lights in the rv work, but we have a few ordered waiting for them to come in

We have extra lamps. whole place lights up. Only missing a few overhead bulbs.
RV is hooked to water sewer and electric, propane. if guests need any propane refills (hot water stove and heater run on propane), you can take the bottles to wal mart for $20 and I’ll reimburse you with cash app or cash. If you’re unfamiliar with that let me know and my husband will do it for you after 4pm when back unless he has the week off he’s 7/7 on/off work. WiFi code and lockbox code will be sent to you day of check in.
