Please note the this unit does share the property/lot with two other units. Sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's normal. If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.
You have your own patio area, entrance and designated parking spot (1) just steps from your front door. Gated parking available as well! There is also street parking available for any additional vehicles; however there is street cleaning on Mondays. Please be cautious of street signs to avoid ticketing.

Starter Kit To make your stay comfortable, we provide a "starter kit" of essentials, including toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap. If additional supplies are needed beyond the initial kit, guests are responsible for purchasing them.
Gardner stops by either Saturday or Sunday. By reserving our home you agree to allow the service people in the front and backyard areas to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.
