This is a cozy lower-level ADU with lower ceiling heights and access through a rustic side-yard pathway with steps. We want guests to know this in advance so you can decide whether the space is comfortable for you.

Guests can use the backyard, patio/dining area and the apt studio space. Garage and main areas of house are locked.

Guest Access & House Rules:
Walk toward the house along the path, turn left through the rose garden, and follow the stone pathway down to the primitive side yard path on the left side of the house toward the back. Please do not disturb our neighbors. There is a gate at the back where you turn to the unit. Please see check in instructions for photos.
Kindly remove your shoes inside the home. No parties, smoking, or loud noise—this is a peaceful residential area. No smoking, vaping or burning anything inside including incense or candles. Laundry is not available. If you’re interested in a longer stay, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to discuss options!
Please note that this is a backyard ADU with lower ceilings. There is also a step up from the living and bedroom area to the kitchen and bathroom.
Maximum Stay Policy
To comply with local regulations and Airbnb policies, the maximum stay per reservation is 28 nights. Any stay beyond this period must be split into a new reservation. Guests are required to fully check out at the end of each reservation unless a new reservation has been confirmed through Airbnb.
Unauthorized stays beyond the reservation period are not allowed and additional charges may apply.
Last-Minute Bookings: Please note that the standard 4:00 PM check-in time may not be available for last-minute bookings. Please contact us to confirm your check-in time before arrival.
ARRIVAL INSPECTION AND ISSUE REPORTING: Please inspect the property promptly upon arrival. Any issue that is visible or reasonably discoverable at check-in—including cleanliness concerns, insects or pests, damage, missing items, or nonworking amenities—must be reported through the Airbnb message thread within two hours of arrival, with clear photos or video whenever possible. Urgent safety concerns must be reported immediately. Prompt notice is essential because it allows us to verify the condition and arrange cleaning, maintenance, pest treatment, replacement items, or other appropriate assistance during your stay. Please provide us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern. Issues discovered later must be reported as soon as they are noticed. Delayed reporting, failure to provide available documentation, or waiting until checkout may limit our ability to verify or remedy the issue.
