Walk into your peaceful/quiet/intimate space. This is a tiny home. Your home away from home comes equipped with the basic necessitates :Twin bed, Wifi, TV (no cable), 2 burner cook top, dishes, pots, towels, city connected water so you can enjoy normal showers and a flushing toilet. However, there is NO washer/dryer. Only one adult is allowed. NO pets NO guests NO parties. Your own gravel/ rock parking…...please note that my neighbor has dogs and unfortunately, they will bark anytime…
The space
This tiny home is located behind another home. However, you have your own entry and space. This listing is ideal for the working professional. This is not a vacation home. You will have your own indoor and outdoor space, but you might cross paths with people in the main house. Please be respectful of others. You have your own parking spot (gravel parking).
Guest access
You will enter through a gate and walk on a boardwalk. There are stairs with rails. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting tiny home. There is is smart lock for coded entry.
Other things to note
NO washer/dryer, NO cable (antenna and streaming). There is a school nearby, so students will be passing by and you might hear sounds from sporting events. Please note my neighbor has dogs who bark anytime including night hours.
