The space A $77 Private De Luxe Suite with King Size Bed in Master Bedroom. 2nd Bedroom/Living Room w/ Two Sleeping Sofas & Fridge & Microwave. Bathroom with glass enclosed shower, toilet, steel sink. Suite can accommodate up to four people. The suite has an outdoor large balcony with lounge chairs. PARKING: As most guests come with no car and need no parking space, the $10. p/ night parking fee is not included in the booking price. Guests have the option to park on the street or very near the entry door on our safe concrete driveway monitored by cameras 24/7 for a reasonable parking fee of only $10 per 24 hours period that must be paid at check in time by cash to hosting management, by Airbnb, or by direct deposit via bank transfer.
Guest access The Suite is independante from the house and has its own entrance from the outside. Guest receives a key to the suite.
Other things to note No smoking, no hard liquor, no drugs of any sort, no promiscuity. No pets are allowed. Parking on concrete driveway monitored with 24/7 cameras. To park on the street the County requires a $50 parking license. The Hosting expects the guests to follow the rules to receive a good review about their stay. This lodging is Family Oriented. Check out instructions: Latest time is 11am; there is no need for guests to dismantle the bed and linens - the cleaning crew will remove linen and towels to send to the laundry to prepare the suite for the next coming guest; checking-out guests need not to do anything; just to make sure to not forget any belongings and leave it behind.
