Guest access Please note the this unit does share the property/lot with three other units. You have your own patio and one (1) designated parking spot just steps from your front door. There is also street parking available for any additional vehicles; however there is street cleaning on Tuesdays. Please be cautious of street signs to avoid ticketing.
Other things to note Starter Kit To make your stay comfortable, we provide a "starter kit" of essentials, including toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap. If additional supplies are needed beyond the initial kit, guests are responsible for purchasing them.
A couple of extra things to note: ✢ Early check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge. ✢ No parties, gatherings, or events allowed. ✢ Only the registered guests in your reservation allowed in the home ✢ No pets allowed ✢ No smoking of any kind allowed inside home

Gardner stops by either Saturday or Sunday. By reserving our home you agree to allow the service people in the front and backyard areas to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.
