This is a 1 private unit with completely private access. The unit is upstairs and has 1.5 rooms + 1 private bathroom. Note: There is a kitchen for simple meals and a dining room.
In addition to enjoying the comfortable interior space of the house, you can also walk around our yard, our yard is large and there are several places to park, so you can also feel as if you were parked in your own home during your stay.

Please note:
1. Please keep quiet after 10pm and do not make loud noises that disturb other guests.
2. Please be honest with us when booking the number of guests or pets. Because we have a lot of common spaces, pets are not allowed.
3. Please check in according to the maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the room description.
4. Please do not take items from the kitchen and bathroom. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
5. Please use the room properly and do not overload the washer/dryer.
6. Please wash the dishes immediately after use and put them back where they were.
7. Please take care of your personal belongings and do not place them in public areas. We will not be responsible for any lost items.
8. Please check out before 12pm as per the specified time, otherwise we will charge an additional fee of $10 per hour. Thank you for your cooperation.
