When using public amenities, please abide by the rules of the community and be respectful of the other members. To access the pool amenities, you must sign a addendum with the leasing office and receive a wristband from them, and is allowed up to 2 people. Any violation fee will be passed on the guest, up to $500, that is enforced by management. -Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance, so plan accordingly. Open from 10am-7pm.

To enter the apartment complex entrance gates, you will need to install an app on your smartphone for property gate access.
Parking requires ALL vehicles to be registered in the parking permit portal. All information must be provided prior to arrival. There is a maximum of two units per reservation, where one is for a covered spot, and another in an open parking spot. Your host is not responsible for any towing fees and damages in the parking lots.
You agree to allow maintenance to enter the unit for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergencies during your stay, whether you are inside or outside the unit. We are not held responsible for any missing items in the unit. If you request maintenance and you are not in the unit, please make sure to always keep your belongs secured or with you.
Due to Texas heat, there will be bugs around the building and may enter your unit if you leave the doors/window open.
Pets may be allowed in this listing, please ask your host. Pet fees per pet are as followed: -$150 for 1-29 nights -$300 for 30+ nights *If evidence of pets are brought in without host approval will result in immediate cancellation and fines*
