🍳Kitchen 🍳 - Sink, gas Stove top and Oven, Microwave, and fridge/freezer - Utensils, plates & cups - Soap, sponge, and paper towel roll provided. - Small selection of Pots and Pans available - Cutting boards - Chopping knives
🚿BATHROOM🚿 - Full bath with Shower - RV safe toilet paper will be provided and MUST BE USED. Use of any other will clog camper tank and will result in a fee. Fee depends on severity of clog. -Bath towels and washcloths will be provided for number of guests in reservation. - Beach towels available upon request.
🛋Living Area🛋 - SMART TV with access to your streaming apps. (when connected to campgrounds WIFI) - GAMES - SOFA with reclining chairs
🌿Outside🌿 - CAMPING CHAIRS to enjoy the outdoors - OUTDOOR RUG - FLAT TOP GRILL is provided to encourage outdoor cooking. Not only is cooking outside fun and a part of camping, but this helps keep inside the camper clean and less likely for fire damages to occur. -FOLDING Table

VA STATE PARKS DO NOT Permit 3rd Party Drop offs. Please do not book at one.
—>Cape Charles Campgrounds are available with an extra fee for tolls and has a four night minimum. —>Please be aware that weather conditions such as wind and storms could affect delivery and is based on The Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel closing and opening schedule. ADDITIONAL FEE will be $100.
+ Outer Banks delivery available for an extra fee and a week long stay is required. Please inquire to plan this type of stay.

How to Book our camper: PLEASE READ
1. Please communicate with us prior to sending a Reservation Request. Verify the campsite with us before booking. Once you Book your own campsite, we will accept your request to book. Then we will send you our email for you to send us your campsite confirmation.
** 30 amp service and Full Hook Up is required**
**Campsite SHOULD BE FULL HOOK UP - 30 amp, water, & sewer. If we arrive and it is not Full hook up, we will charge a non-refundable $50 fee for dumping the sewage/grey water tanks.
2. Once we accept your booking, we will set up a check in and check out time. We will deliver the RV to your site & hook it up for you. We will walk you through the camper to show you how everything works to ensure you feel right at home.
**If you have any questions about anything, please contact me. Our goal is to help make this easy and relaxing, so you can focus on MAKING MEMORIES!
** $150 cleaning fee includes fresh towels/linens, cleaning service at the end of your stay, DELIVERY and set up fees in the Hampton Roads Area.
** DOGS are welcome upon request and is up to guest for them to follow the campground's Pet Policy. We allow one dogs to stay with a fee of $100 per dog. We ask that dogs do not be allowed to stay inside camper unattended. We love dogs and want our guests to be able to travel with them. Please be respectful of the camper to ensure we can continue to allow dogs to stay with us.
**NO SMOKING inside or outside camper (if camper smells like smoke, or cigarette burns on outdoor furniture, we will have to charge a non-refundable fee of $100). Most campgrounds are non-smoking or have designated areas.
**Extra supplies for grilling, beach, etc is available for an extra charge. (Please contact us for pricing.)
