Other things to note
Since this is a mountain home, you will need to travel on a dirt/gravel road for 0.4 miles to access the home.
The property is in a high risk wildfire area, so we do not allow the use of our fireplaces during high risk times of year. In addition, we do not allow outdoor fire pits or fireworks.
There is absolutely no smoking in the home. If guests smoke outside, we request they fully extinguish and properly dispose of cigarette butts as these can also pose a fire danger.
There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Do not feed or approach any wildlife. Small critters, like squirrels and chipmunks are damaging to property, so we do not like to encourage them. Large animals like deer, moose, elk, black bears, grizzly bears and mountain lions are dangerous animals. Never approach them and follow necessary precautions when outdoors.
