🧒 Please note: There are toddlers in the home who may wake early (as early as 7 AM) or occasionally during the night. They usually sleep around 8 PM. While we do our best to keep things quiet, some noise may occur. We respectfully ask guests to keep volume low before 8 AM and after 8 PM.

🚭 We have a strict no smoking, vaping, or drug use policy—including the deck, outdoor areas, and inside vehicles. This is due to the presence of toddlers, and violations will result in immediate eviction and may be reported to authorities.

🛏️ Your private room is ideal for long-term professionals. It features a Cal King bed, closet, two 4-tier shelving units, and a 50" 4K Google TV. A microwave and 7.2 cu ft fridge/freezer are included.

🌀 Access is via a steep spiral staircase leading to a shared deck with city views. Oversized luggage can be assisted through the main house if needed, but room entry is via the deck stairs only.

🚿 The mostly private bathroom is just outside the room, separated by a clear cat gate. Occasionally, it may be used by household members. Please keep the door closed for privacy, and avoid walking through the hallway without proper attire. Deck is shared—no shirtless/towel-only use, please.

🌡️ Central AC/heat is controlled by the main house. This room receives strong airflow and tends to be the coolest in summer and warmest in winter. Let us know if you have specific temperature needs.

🚗 Street parking is free, but be mindful of street cleaning signs twice per week. Driveway parking is not allowed.

🎥 For safety, the home is equipped with 8 exterior cameras and 1 hallway cam (none in the bedroom or bathroom). The hallway cam does not view inside the bathroom when the door is shut. Cameras cover the front door, driveway, side gate, stairs, and patio.

This space is best for respectful, working individuals looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay. Access is limited to your room, the bathroom, and the shared deck. Yard and other parts of the home are off-limits. We take pride in providing a clean, quiet environment—and look forward to hosting someone who values the same.

Guest access
Guests have access to a private bedroom with a Cal King bed and closet, along with a mostly private bathroom located just outside the room in the hallway. While primarily for guest use, the bathroom may occasionally be shared with the household.

Room access is through a steep spiral staircase that leads to a shared deck with city views. The deck offers a relaxing space and includes a patio umbrella for shade—please do not open or adjust the umbrella yourself; I’ll gladly assist with that.

Guests do not have access to the yard or any other parts of the home beyond the bedroom, bathroom, and deck. If you have oversized luggage, I can assist you in bringing it through the main house, but regular access remains via the deck stairs.
