This cozy Hideaway Design Studio Room, is Located on the Side of our Home in front of Driveway/Parking Area, in a Friendly, Quiet , Very Safe, & Desirable Neighborhood in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
The space Private Studio Room Suite Furnished with Private Bathroom.
Complete with Bedding, StarterTowels, Toilet Paper and Trash Bags (you will need to purchase your own once you run out).
Kitchen is for light cooking only
Comfortably fits two guests. (Fee applies for 2nd Guest) TV Closets with hamper & hangers AC/HEAT Gas Stove, Oven, Refrigerator & Microwave Wi-Fi
This unit is located on the side of OUR HOME.
Guest access We offer driveway parking that is right outside the unit.
Other things to note We prefer to share our space with individuals who provide us some information about themselves and have a complete Airbnb profile ID, Email and Phone Number along with a picture and a brief description for their visit.
Also guest staying longer than 28 nights will need to fill out a rental application (used for emergency purposes). And we can always discuss.
Through time of sharing this Suite with others we have found that if everyone simply cleans up after themselves and is overall a decent person it can be an amazing environment to live in. We have made many friendships through sharing this space with once strangers that I know we will have for the rest of our life and hope to share a similar experience with you!
