The space
The studio is on the lower level of a 3 floor home. You will enter via a private gate to your patio and smart lock entry door. The foyer has a bench, coat rack and shoe rack. The second entry door takes you to your space. As you enter you'll be in your living area with mounted 60" smart TV, couch, ottoman and table for 2.
The kitchenette has a full size fridge, cooktop, drip coffee maker and dishes/pots and silverware.
Lake Johnson is 1 mile away with walking trails, hiking trails, and gorgeous views.

Other things to note
There is a single tenant upstairs that does NOT have access to your space. They use the front door on the upper level and their car goes in the garage.
You will have two parking spaces on a cement pad.
