For building security, the primary guest must complete a quick background check after booking using a secure link we provide.
All additional overnight guests must also provide a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
Check-in instructions will only be provided after the background check and required guest IDs have been completed.
If the background check is not passed, the reservation may be denied and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation. If the required check or guest IDs are not provided, access will not be granted and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
