The space It has a private sunny side deck with chairs, table, lounge and gas grill in a quiet rural area. A full bathroom (shower only)! There is a private drive to bring a horse trailer or bass boat in! Fishing in the large lake (Lake Bowen) 1.5 miles to boat access and day parking! Some scheduled bass tournaments are held there! The International Equestrian Center is only 23 miles away! And hay is readily available just down the street! Their events are a big draw so booking early is advised! sorry! this unit is not handicap accessible (5 stairs to deck and entry)! You have many choices for day trips from here! Plantations, the Biltmore Estate, Civil War and Revolutionary War locations, Clemson Botanical Gardens, Museums, golf and many more options! A short hop to the mountains and streams, waterfalls, hiking trails, white water rafting and kayaking, etc! An in season vegetable stand a mile away, so come, grill some burgers or a steak and make a fresh vegetable salad and sit on the sunny deck and relax! And listen to the quiet!

Other things to note If you are a traveling nurse, educator, ect, that will be staying for an extended stay, please feel free to contact me! Long stays are convenient for a host and if you have good references I would welcome that and add an additional discount or service!
