The space
The inviting downstairs area boasts a gourmet kitchen and a spacious living room with stylish and durable concrete flooring. A half bathroom completes this inviting space.

Upstairs, beautiful hardwood floors and abundant natural light lead to a grand master bedroom and a luxurious stone-tiled bathroom. The upstairs area also features a queen size bed and full size futon, as well as a beautiful deck with a view of the surroundings.

The house is surrounded by majestic oak trees and situated in the beautiful and safe Carolina Place neighborhood, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Other things to note
We kindly ask for a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet as we must perform an extra deep cleaning in case future guests have pet allergies. Please note that this fee doubles for two pets at $100. The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We want to make it clear that as a coastal town, NC summers can bring waterbugs which resemble roaches. We take routine measures to prevent them, but they may occasionally appear due to the hot climate. Please rest assured that they are harmless and we do our best to eliminate them from the property.

We welcome children under five free of charge, but please note that this home is not child-proof and contains many antiques and breakable items.

Please note that this is a lived-in house, which we thoroughly clean and prepare for our guests. While we offer all necessary amenities, we kindly ask that you understand this is not a hotel experience. You may find condiments in the fridge which are at your disposal.

Lastly, we ask that you plan to check-in prior to 9 pm, as we do not allow late check-ins after this time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
