The home is elevated on pilings (stilts), so guests will need to climb a flight of exterior stairs to reach the main living area. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

While the home is right on the water, there is not an easy shoreline or swimming access from the property. The dock is best suited for enjoying the waterfront and launching watercraft rather than entering the water. The boat lift is currently out of service.
