A nice loft studio apartment, central AC. Modern, well maintained. Private free washer and dryer, private bathroom, kitchenette corner with everything a full kitchen offers, except a stand-alone stove. No common living areas, nothing is shared. The studio is on the 3rd floor of a 3-story house, the ceilings are sloping as the roof goes. It is the full height (over the standard 8 ft) in the middle with decline on the sides.

The space
The bedroom features a full/queen bed (for a couple). All amenities are included and additional features are available upon request.

The house has no yard, parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment. Nothing is shared with other guests or the host.
