The Nook Retreat is offered exclusively for stays of 30 nights or longer.
Prior to acceptance of a booking request, prospective guests will be asked to provide basic information regarding their stay and intended occupants.
All stays require a separate Tennessee furnished residential lease agreement and acknowledgment of our property rules. A copy of the lease agreement and complete property rules will be provided through Airbnb messaging upon receipt of a booking request and must be reviewed and agreed to prior to reservation acceptance.
Key requirements include a maximum occupancy of 4 approved occupants, no smoking or vaping, no parties or events, and compliance with the property rules stated in this listing.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the private apartment, designated outdoor space, designated parking spaces, and private entrance.
For safety, privacy, and property maintenance, guests do not have access to the main residence, utility/mechanical room, fenced backyard, or other areas not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any questions regarding access during your stay, please feel free to reach out.
