Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The main house's backyard, patio, deck, hot tub, dock and waterfront/beach is not included in your stay and is off limits to the apartment guests. These amenities are reserved for the main house guests only. We greatly appreciate our apartments guests and you will find the views from your private balcony to be amazing as the sun rises directly over the mountains of Vermont and downtown Burlington.
ID and AGE REQUIREMENT: A copy of your State Issued ID will be required before rental. The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years old and physically staying in the home.
MAX OCCUPANCY - 2. No parties or gatherings of more than the max number of guests (2) unless approved ahead of time.
SMILE - For everyone’s safety and security there are cameras outside of the house.
FOR THOSE WHO WANT MORE SPACE and Lake Access: There is another listing for the main house (6 bedrooms/3.5 Baths) that is on the same site that includes direct beach access to the lake, dock in the summer and oversized deck overlooking the lake with a hot-tub. Feel free to check it out if you need more room.
NO PETS
NO GUARANTEE OF AC: There is 1 AC wall units in the living room of the apartment and 1 window unit in the bedroom. The living room unit is a fragile little flower and break all the time, regardless of how well we maintain them. Therefore, we do not guarantee you will have working AC in the apartment during your stay.
