The backyard looks at Lambeau. Walk to the gates, Titletown, and Resch, then come back to a quiet Ashwaubenon street. Renovated quad-level: kitchen and dining on the main floor; a king and two queens plus a full bath upstairs; living room, coffee bar, and a second bath one level down; a king on the lowest level. Two kings, two queens, two baths. Games, concerts, weddings, family trips. Full house. Same walk. Different reason.
The space The backyard looks at Lambeau. Not a peek through trees — the stadium sitting there while you stand in a regular Ashwaubenon yard. That changes the stay. You walk to the gates. You walk to Titletown. You walk to Resch. Then you come back to a quiet street, a kitchen, and a house that still feels like a house.
This renovated quad-level is guest-ready. Four floors, two kings, two queens, two full baths. A group can cook together and still sleep in separate rooms.
Mornings start on the main floor. Kitchen and dining — coffee first, then whatever the day is. Tailgate food. A real dinner. Leftovers at midnight. Natural light, room for more than one person at the counters.
Upstairs goes quiet. A king, two queens, one full bath. Three bedrooms on one floor so the kids or the friends aren't scattered through the house. Blackout-friendly rooms, space to unpack.
One level down is where the group lands. Living room, coffee bar, second full bath. Game on the TV, someone pouring coffee, no bottleneck at a single toilet. This is the floor that keeps the house from feeling like a hallway.
Lowest level is a king bedroom and utility. Close the door. One couple — or whoever wants the quietest room — stays put without walking the whole house at 1 a.m.
Stairs between floors. Typical quad-level. Nothing extreme. Worth knowing if someone in the group prefers fewer steps.
Outside is the reason the listing exists. The yard faces the stadium. Game days you hear the district before you see it. Any other week the same sidewalks go to Titletown's turf field and playground, seasonal ice and tubing on Ariens Hill, restaurants, Hinterland, the events that keep the lawn busy after football season. Resch is across the district for concerts, Gamblers hockey, indoor football, family shows, and conventions. Bay Park Square and a grocery store are a short drive. The airport is about ten minutes.
People book this house for Packers weekends. They also book it in March, July, and November — weddings, Resch calendars, Titletown Saturdays, youth tournaments, family in town. Leave the car in the drive when you want the walk. Use it when you don't.
Full house during your stay. Close enough that Lambeau is in the backyard. Quiet enough that it still feels like Ashwaubenon.
Guest access You have the entire home during your stay.
Check-in is self check-in. No key pickup and no in-person handoff. Before arrival we send a 4-digit code for the smart lock and garage entry. Use that code to get in through the garage. The same access works for the length of your stay.
