The suite is one room with a king bed & an ensuite bathroom, also has a fire tv, keurig coffee machine, electric kettle, mini fridge, & a microwave (Please note there is no kitchen). Convenient to Augusta National, & downtown. Also right next to the Augusta University Summerville campus. Property includes a shared backyard space with fire pit, jasmine covered arbor with a swing & a fenced in backyard.
The space
Please feel free to enjoy the beautiful garden and green space right outside your suite during your stay. There’s a reason they call Augusta the Garden City and Summerville is one of the prettiest parts of it.
Guest access
When accessing the cottage, please go through the gate next to the 1209 address and walk around the back of the 1209 building and through the garden as instructed. Accessing the cottage through the 1207 address is not allowed. 1207 is the three-story yellow house next-door. You’re not permitted to walk through their property.
Other things to note
The king sized bed is specially designed so one partner does not disturb the other when they toss and turn due to the two independent suspension systems.
