This cozy studio is located in a safe and family friendly apartment. Access to the apartment includes access to the gym, courtyard and pool table room. The local Broad st subway is a few blocks away w/ a 10 min ride to center city. The studio is furnished with a queen size bed, as well as a twin futon for a 3rd guest. A desk and projector is provided for any executives or students who need to get work done during their visit. Nearby food spots include: subway, McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts.

The space
This is a large, cozy studio located on the first floor of the complex. The tenant is gone for the season so some items are still in the closet. We ask that those items untouched. There is plenty of closet space.

Guest access
To access the apartment use the key fob to get into the main doors. The first set of doors automatically open. The second set of doors require the key fob to be tapped on the black box on the wall on the right. The entrance to the apartment requires another key fob tap. Walk straight into the building and make a left at the desk. There will be a door to a hallway. Tap the key fob on the black box on the wall for access. Getting into the apartment requires a 3rd and final key swipe at the door. Tap the fob and turn the metal notch and turn down the handle. Locking the door requires you to tap the key fob and turn the metal notch. Otherwise it won't lock. Please be sure to double check it's locked.

Other things to note
Gym access requires a key fob tap to the right of the door. The gym is straight ahead when you walk in (double glass doors).
