This thoughtfully designed studio features a comfortable bed, private bathroom, sitting area, TV, A/C and kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, countertop oven/air fryer and coffee maker. Enjoy your own private entrance and fenced outdoor area with a charcoal grill. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, work trips, and extended stays.
The space
The Shop Studio is a private, self-contained studio located inside a detached shop on the property. Although compact, the space has been thoughtfully arranged to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The open-concept sleeping and living area includes a comfortable bed, leather loveseat, wall-mounted TV, bedside storage, A/C and space for hanging and storing clothing.
The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, countertop oven/air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils and basic cookware. Please note that there is not a traditional stovetop or full-size oven.
Guests also have their own private bathroom with a shower.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the studio, including the sleeping/living area, kitchenette and bathroom. You will have your own entrance and will not need to enter the main residence to access your space.
Guests may also use the designated fenced outdoor area and charcoal grill.
Because the studio is located within a shop building on a residential property, areas outside of the designated guest space are not included with the reservation.
