The space
Live Oak Studio has been designed specifically for the Airbnb traveler. It is small, cozy & elegantly decorated complete with an overhead dimmer light on the ceiling fan and remote-control candles to enhance the mood. Watch the squirrels and listen to the birds while sipping coffee on your own private adorable porch. It is centrally located to everything and walking distance to many restaurants/bars including Shem Creek. It is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a place to relax or focus alone. (No more than 2 adults permitted.)

Live Oak Studio is completely private. You have your own private entrance and adorable porch underneath a magnificent live oak tree. An automatic light will turn on when you approach the gait at night. A security camera is located on the porch for added security. You also have a free parking space directly beside the gait entrance if one not available on the street. (Parking around this area is very hard to find, especially on the weekends). Bicycles and a surf board are available for use with a signed consent form.
Other things to note
2 Bicycles and a surf board are available for use free of charge. A Consent Form is required to be signed prior to your stay if you plan on using them. If you let me know before you arrive if you plan on utilizing them, I will email you the form for signature/return and leave the key to the bike locks in your studio for you. If you need use of a washer/dryer during your stay, you are welcome to use the one inside the house which is just through the back porch and sunroom. Please note, the washer and dryer are NOT in the studio. Kindly let me know if you would like to use them and I will provide you access to the laundry room.
