Guest access Guests have private access to the entire downstairs apartment and the fenced side yard. The apartment has its own entrance, reached through the side-yard gate and down the stairs. The upstairs unit is separate and is not part of the rental.
Other things to note The downstairs apartment shares the home’s central heating and air conditioning system with the upstairs unit, and the thermostat is controlled from upstairs. A space heater and fan are provided in the apartment for additional comfort. Please also note that the apartment is accessed by stairs.
