You will be overwhelmed by the historic elegance of this 1884 Queen Anne Victorian mansion close to downtown. The entire 3rd floor will be private for your group with a door that unlocks/locks before heading up the stairs. A full kitchen, dining area/living room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms makes this spacious and comfortable apartment feel like home.
The space
This Queen Anne home was built in 1884 and is a gem in the city of Lincoln, Nebraska. We have spent decades refurbishing it to honor it's historical features (detailed woodwork, stained glass and leaded glass windows, high ceilings, etc) and at the same time adding modern comforts. We are ready to share it with you! We currently offer Airbnb space in the Carriage House and the main house (Rose Room, Coneflower Suite, and the 3rd floor apartment).
Guest access
You will have use of the entire 3rd floor (1,400 square feet of space !), the front porch, gazebo and yard.
Other things to note
*Please do not climb on the fire escape. It is there exclusively for emergency exit from the 3rd floor. *We live in a neighborhood, so we appreciate your use of quiet hours to respect our neighbors. *Taking care of shared space is appreciated so that you and our other guests can make great memories during your stay!
